In Hamburg there is a place directly at the Elbe bridges. Much more of a kitchen. Since August 2018, a very special world of gastronomy has been developing here, piece by piece. In addition to the menus, there are many other things worth telling.

The 100/200 – a place like no other. On the one hand, pure Hamburg: water, seagulls, port, ships, warehouses, industry. The city in view. Elbe bridges. Hafencity. Elbphilharmonie. Michel. On the other hand, more cosmopolitan than any other place in this beautiful city. It could also be New York or London. But it is and remains Hamburg. And we do so with full conviction. Because that’s exactly where the 100/200 belongs.

A former warehouse in the listed brick ensemble Brandshofer Deich. On the third floor a restaurant, turned inside out. In the middle of the Molteni 8777 Imbusch. A one-of-a-kind, made-to-measure product, unique in the world. All around are tables made from whole tree trunks. So beautiful that you want to pet them. The chairs, the cutlery, the crockery – all selected with great attention to detail.

Nothing hidden. No show. When you talk about cuisine here, you mean it. That’s why this place thrives on real emotions, smells and sounds, because Sophie Lehmann and Thomas Imbusch are passionate hosts and live gastronomy and entrepreneurship with every fiber of their being.
