My résumé after numerous stays at Château l’Hospitalet? Pure magic. Every moment here is unforgettable – in a breathtakingly beautiful hotel nestled in the rolling hills of the vineyards. It’s a place like home with lots of friendly and caretaking employees making the stay unforgettable.
The cuisine is an experience in itself. Every plate, every bottle tells a story of passion, terroir and biodynamic perfection. Here you can taste nature – authentic, intense, unadulterated.
And then there’s the spa. A retreat that brings peace to body and mind, where every movement is relaxing and the outside world is briefly forgotten.
A real highlight? The beach club in the summer months. Barefoot in the warm sand, the Mediterranean in all its shades of blue in front of me, a perfectly mixed cocktail in my hand. Life feels easy here, just as it should be.

Rounded off with a gourmet dinner by chef Laurent Chabert, Michelin Green Star.
