The Stein family’s attention to detail is not only evident in the loving furnishings and the dreamlike garden. And as you might expect from all the pictures, the dishes are also creatively and artfully arranged – with a menu that changes every two weeks. When choosing the dishes, the Steins pay attention to fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Whenever possible, products from the region are used. This results in dishes such as ox cheeks or tuna fillet, which are prepared with attention to detail. Meals are served in the cosy restaurant with subdued lighting and Persian carpets. In summer, a fantastically decorated outdoor area beckons at the end of the day, and if you like it a little quieter again from autumn onwards, you can also take a seat in the small adjoining room.
