In the middle of a protected dune valley is the Listland beach sauna, a place of warmth and peace with private access to the beach and the majestic sea. Here, visitors experience the unique warmth of the log cabin saunas and let themselves be enchanted by the untouched dune landscape of Sylt. The sauna facility offers a wide range of experiences, including a 90- and 100-degree infusion sauna as well as an 80-degree aroma sauna. After the sauna session, cold and warm showers are available and those seeking relaxation can use beach chairs on the protected grounds. For extra comfort, it is possible to rent one of the comfortable sunbathing baskets in the southern outdoor area.

The physical well-being is also thought of with a selection of cold and warm drinks as well as small snacks. If you don’t have your own towels and bathrobes with you, you can rent them on site. The sauna facility is open to the public five days a week, without prior appointment. In addition, there is the possibility of private use of individual saunas. Reservations are possible for Wednesday and Sunday via the online booking system. In the high season, additional time slots are added on various evenings. During the private rental, the facilities are available exclusively to the guests of the private sauna.

The 100-degree sauna with an infusion of natural birch decoction is wonderfully relaxing, ideal for sauna professionals and larger groups. Also great for relaxing: the 90-degree sauna with an infusion of natural lemongrass oil, perfect for couples and families who appreciate peace and privacy. The 80-degree sauna with steam bowl and natural lemongrass oil offers a small changing area as well as a fireplace room with loungers – an oasis of well-being for all those who want to be really comfortable even in bad weather.

Coming from Westerland, turn left between Kampen and List in the direction of Weststrand/Ellenbogen. Follow the bumpy old Listlandstraße to the first parking lot. The bus also stops here. The beach sauna is only a short walk through one of the most beautiful dune valleys on Sylt.
