During a visit to the Bulle bakery, you can experience the fascination of bread culture up close. The open bakery provides a direct insight into the art of baking, where master bakers create true works of pleasure with their hands. This bakery is characterized by the use of its own sourdough cultures and gives its doughs sufficient time to develop. The result is an incomparable taste and a long-lasting freshness that can be felt in every bite.
Another highlight is the Bulle pop-up, which opens its doors every Saturday at Lorettostraße 17. Here you can not only enjoy the bakery’s diverse breads and baguettes, but also heart-warming cinnamon rolls and croissants, perfectly combined with a refreshing frozen yogurt. From 2 September, the pop-up can also be found at Oststraße 113, where it will continue to offer its delicacies.
