Frühstück 3000 not only offers an exceptional culinary selection, but also an inviting atmosphere and professional service. The coffee comes from the Berlin manufactory BONANZA, and the ingredients are mainly sourced from regional producers.

The people behind Frühstück 3000 are passionate breakfast lovers: Martin Pöller and Lukas Mann, professional restaurateurs with many years of experience in top gastronomy. Martin learnt hotel management at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski and then worked in gourmet restaurants such as the Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer, the Mardavall Resort on Mallorca and the Grill Royal. Head chef Lukas has worked as head pastry chef and sous chef at the two-star restaurant Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer and at The Ritz-Carlton, among others.
Due to their jobs, they both tend to eat breakfast late in the morning and like to indulge.
