The Hofbräuhaus-Kunstmühle is a family business, which is orientated towards ecological and social responsibility in everything it does and and, using regional raw materials wherever possible, stands for environmentally conscious, healthy and enjoyable food.
Technology
In the Hofbräuhaus Kunstmühle, machines from all eras of the last eras of the last 100 years run together like an orchestra. The oldest machines in particular are among the most durable in Munich’s last mill. An overview of the most important machines:

- Bühler grain cleaning plant (2005/2024)
- Grain steel silo over 400 tonnes with 15 cells for batch production (2005)

- Fully equipped mill laboratory and test bakery for quality assurance (1963-2024)
- Electronically controlled flour mixer (2007)
- Stainless steel mesh cells (2019)
- Optimisation of small packaging (2023)

The employees of the Hofbräuhaus-Kunstmühle all have a passion for healthy and unadulterated food. With their knowledge, experience and friendliness , they contribute to the satisfaction of our customers, that our customers are satisfied. The team is always committed to processing all orders quickly and accurately of all orders and is our most valuable resource in production.
