A 17th century Mallorcan mansion: Can Ferrereta consists of three buildings that have been designed and restored with great care to preserve the heritage of Mallorcan architecture. A large, extensive piece of land with careful landscaping, where the present and the past coexist in a harmonious way. A dignified simplicity fills the spacious and rustic rooms of the former family property with peace and security.

32 rooms and suites: Can Ferrereta has 13 rooms and 19 suites. Each room is unique, whether because of its original building elements, individual design or because of the contemporary works of art with which they are adorned. Thanks to the high ceilings and the bright natural light, the rooms are particularly spacious and bright. Some of the rooms have a terrace and/or a private garden overlooking the pool or the traditional Mallorcan courtyard.

Meticulously restored: The architects and interior designers have carried out meticulous restoration and rehabilitation work, incorporating the original structure of this 17th-century Mallorcan house. Its rustic character has been restored, preserving original elements such as stone arches, wooden beams and the characteristic Santanyí stone, used for the construction of noble buildings.

In the heart of Santanyi: The mansion is located in the heart of the old town, a few meters from the Plaza Mayor, where every Wednesday and Saturday numerous visitors come to the busy market of artisanal and local products. Small shops, cafés and art galleries tempt you to stroll through the streets of Santanyí to experience the Mallorcan charm up close.

The most beautiful beaches and coves: Thanks to the privileged location of our establishment, our guests will be close to exceptional landscapes of turquoise waters, white sand, dunes and pine forests, such as Es Trenc beach or the Mondragó Natural Park, where some of the most spectacular virgin coves in Mallorca are located.
