Jivamukti is a well-thought-out sequence of asanas, stimulating music and the examination of classical yoga philosophy form the structure of these classes. Peace Yoga Berlin is a Jivamukti yoga school located on Brunnenstraße in Mitte and another in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg. Here you will find daily Jivamukti Yoga classes and several times a week relaxing Yin and Restorative Yoga classes – online and offline. All yoga teachers of Jivamukti Yoga Berlin were trained by the founders Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York.
Peace Yoga sees itself as a place where everyone explores the exciting and inspiring practice of yoga together. And yes, so far there has also been a vegan café with delicious vegan snacks at both locations.
