The focus is on Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing and dynamic type of yoga that strengthens both physically and mentally while allowing for gentle relaxation. In addition to Vinyasa Yoga, the center also offers Yin Yoga for the necessary deceleration and gentle stretching into the deep tissue layers and fascia.

KarmaKarma’s offerings span various yoga styles, including Kundalini Yoga, Kunvinyi Yoga, Core Training, Personal Training, Stress Prevention, Meditation, Corporate Yoga, and Yoga in English. In addition, changing workshops, yoga and kitesurfing trips as well as yoga teacher trainings are offered. The yoga retreats allow intensive practices of yoga, breathing technique and meditation over several days in order to engage in personal transformations in peace. The center recommends a regular yoga practice of 2-3 times a week in order to optimally integrate the strength and relaxation from the classes into everyday life. For beginners, personal training is recommended, where individual exercises can be put together at home and the practice can be tailored to personal needs, be it stress prevention, strengthening the spine, strength building or relaxation.
