Kim Dee

The Thai restaurant Kin Dee in Berlin, which has been awarded a Michelin star four years ago, proves that there are other ways of doing things at the highest level.

Kin Dee, located in Lützowstraße near Lützowplatz in the western part of Berlin, is rather reserved from the outside. Neither eye-catching advertising nor bright adverts suggest that this is one of the best restaurants in the city. But anyone who has eaten there will recognise that such advertising is superfluous.

This makes Dalad Kambhu’s authentic Thai cuisine all the more impressive. Born in Thailand, she is a master at combining regional ingredients – mainly from Brandenburg – with the typical flavours of her homeland to create dishes with an unparalleled intensity of spicy flavours.
