Chef Marcel Traber and Markus Langmann, Head of Food & Beverage Operations, travel continents and remote regions to collect a rich repertoire of images and films that they are happy to share with their guests.

Above all, however, unique recipes emerge from these countless impressions, which form the heart of the KITCHENS menu. In doing so, they are inspired by the top chefs of the vibrant metropolises as well as by the wise grandmothers in the countryside – the main thing is that they conjure up something extraordinary on the stove or in the oven. At the heart of the menu are the changing 5-course menus, which combine the culinary traditions of entire continents.
