The Long Night of Museums in Stuttgart attracts around 20,000 art and culture lovers every year. A total of 63 museums, galleries, art venues, industrial monuments, bunkers and off-spaces offer visitors an impressive variety of exhibitions, guided tours and exciting special programmes. With hands-on activities, live music and DJs, the event creates a unique atmosphere. The high level of visitor interest makes it clear that the need for art, culture and entertainment in and around Stuttgart is still very pronounced.

The Long Night of Museums enables art and culture enthusiasts to experience the diverse art and culture scene of the state capital in all its facets. Visitors have the opportunity to explore both well-known and previously unknown places and enjoy unique program items outside of regular opening hours.

The participating museums offer special programs ranging from guided tours and lectures to bands and performances and interactive workshops. Here, visitors can see the artworks and exhibitions in a new light and discover exciting stories and background information.
