Markus Meindl and his wife Daniela welcomed around 100 invited guests to the exclusive opening party, including celebrities – Brigitte Hobmeier, actor Stephan Luca, celebrity chef and presenter Roland Trettl with girlfriend Miriam Höller, actor Stefan Murr, actor Frederic Linkemann, racing driver and presenter Christina Surer and TV presenter Alexander Mazza. An absolute highlight: the four-year-old child artist and exceptional talent Laurent Schwarz created a unique work of art on the finest leather exclusively for Meindl – the unique piece will soon be auctioned via United Charity. The proceeds go to the Caritas Children’s Village Irschenberg.
The store in Munich is one of five Meindl shops in Germany and Austria. Other locations are in Berlin, Salzburg, Sankt Johann im Pongau and at the headquarters in Kirchanschöring.
