Founded in 2014, the coffee roasting company called Mókuska in Stuttgart set itself the goal of kicking off the long-awaited third-wave movement of specialty coffee in Stuttgart. In doing so, the company continues to focus on purchasing and roasting only directly traded Arabica and Canephora green coffee from coffee producers and trading partners. The close cooperation with these partners makes it possible to convey the diverse taste and high quality of Specialty Coffee.

In 2014, Mókuska Café saw the light of day and established itself as Stuttgart’s first independent specialty coffee roastery. Since then, the attached café has developed into a place where coffee culture in Stuttgart is taken to a new level. Here, the owners want to show their guests in a down-to-earth and authentic way how diverse and unique coffee can be.

However, Mókuska Café is not only about the art of coffee roasting. The passion for culinary delights is also reflected in the wide range of products on offer. In addition to outstanding coffee creations, the Mókuska Café is also busy baking to offer delicious treats. The homemade cinnamon rolls have already earned a reputation and are considered the best in town.
