Momania

Momania in Düsseldorf is much more than just a concept store – it is a place where past and present merge. The concept combines the tried and tested trade with a cozy café that offers exclusive soft drinks from France and Australia, delicious coffee specialties, smoothies and an extensive selection of organic drinks.

The centerpiece, however, are the handmade sweets, cakes and tartlets, which are freshly prepared daily according to grandma’s proven recipes. The Momania team believes in quality and tradition – you can taste that with every bite.

Momania’s furnishings and decorations have been carefully selected at flea markets and antique markets in cities such as Brussels and Paris to create a unique and nostalgic ambience. The founder of the concept store, Monika Kucia, wants to bring the flair of bygone times into the present and revive tradition and quality.

The story of Momania is an inspiring journey. After years of self-employment in the fashion industry, the founder decided to turn her hobby into a profession. As a child, she watched her grandmother bake and cook, developed an eye for interior design and decorations and was finally inspired by “SUGAR GIRLS” to make her dream come true in Oberkassel.
