Our jam, for which we have been known for many years, is traditionally prepared in copper cauldrons and small batches. Per production run, we can therefore concentrate on every single glass that is on your table at some point. One thing is for sure, the production does not tolerate haste!
Did you know that some varieties take up to 4 days to prepare in-house? For us, this is a matter of course, but we would like to mention it at this point. No preservatives, no artificial flavors, no jam sugar. With us, only the real taste of the ingredients we use ends up in the finished jam jar.
You can also rely on the great quality of the cheese counter and other dairy products – whether self-produced or selected for you.
