DRINK NATURAL Corresponding to the menu, Mural sommelier (and managing director) Wolfgang Hingerl serves the highest quality wines and sparkling wines from many wine regions of the world. The focus is on naturally produced wines from exceptional winegrowers, with whom the Mural team maintains personal contacts. With a total of 1,100 items, the Mural wine list is one of the largest and “most stylistically progressive in the city” (Der Feinschmecker, 2022).
