Patisserie Madeleine

At Café Patisserie Madeleine, all baked goods and tartlets are made in-house. Only the best ingredients such as French butter, real chocolate and selected French products are used. The high quality of the baked goods attracts many French people from all over Hamburg who have been looking in vain for a piece of home.

The deliveries of the delicious baked goods arrive at the café step by step. First the crispy baguette, then the fluffy croissants and later the tempting tartlets, fresh from the in-house bakery. The team works at night to get the best results. The croissant dough is prepared the night before and rests in the proofer to be shaped into perfect croissants at four o’clock in the morning. A special highlight are the baguettes, fresh from the oven every two hours, which are available throughout the day.
