GIRLS DAY AT FERRARI: THE TECH TALENTS OF TOMORROW
In order to pass on the Ferrari passion to the next generation of employees, the brand from Maranello is organising the Ferrari Future Day for the second time: it provides insights into the fascinating world of the Ferrari brand and work at all 13 dealerships in Germany and Austria and aims to inspire future Ferrari ‘Tech Talents’ to train as automotive mechatronics engineers. A Ferrari is much more than just a car. Ferrari is the epitome of cutting-edge technology and maximum driving pleasure, of exclusivity and unrivalled, iconic successes in motorsport. It therefore goes without saying that working for and at Ferrari is much more than ‘just’ a job.
Young car enthusiasts and those who want to become one can take a look behind the scenes at over 13 participating German and Austrian dealerships and find out about career opportunities. Anyone with a passion for the Cavallino Rampante and a love of precision has an excellent basis for a sound training programme at Ferrari. The Italian sports car manufacturer is primarily targeting female customers – 20% of them last year. Girls’ Days are traditionally used to specifically promote female talent and familiarise them with technical professions.
FOR OVER 75 PASSIONE FERRARI FROM MARANELLO
As part of the Ferrari ‘Tech Talents’ campaign, the attractive format of the Ferrari Future Day will be established in the long term and will continue to take place annually in German-speaking countries. After all, the noble sports car brand is committed to the continuous promotion of young people – over 500 young people actively participated in 2024. Once again this year, you will gain an in-depth insight into the world of the legendary brand. It will also be very practical: at various workshops or a tyre change in the style of a Formula Pitt stop, the Ferrari aspirants can demonstrate their skills and immerse themselves in the world of the company’s 75-year history – and become part of it themselves. Shaping the future starts today.
