All dishes are lovingly prepared fresh by the kitchen team – of course only with the best vegan organic ingredients. In addition to the food, guests will also find a fine selection of good organic wines and regional craft beers at Pure Note. The sustainable vegan restaurant follows similar principles as the associated unpackaged store: regionality, freshness and avoidance of food waste are in the foreground. Most of the ingredients for the food come directly from the store, which allows the use of unsold, fresh products such as fruits and vegetables. These are transformed into creative and ever-changing dishes. The restaurant also offers the opportunity to purchase vegan take-away meals, prepared without additives and preservatives and offered in returnable jars. The food selection varies according to the seasonal offerings of the shop and ranges from chili to stews to rice dishes. Surplus food is passed on twice a week through food sharing in order to use it effectively as well.
