Handmade dessert art with the irresistible charm of lightness is presented at Pure Pastry in Düsseldorf. Tim Tegtmeier makes his vision of the finest pâtisserie come true and enchants with new, irresistible originality. The precious basis for this is his high-level acquired and refined knowledge as head pâtissier in the Michelin-starred kitchen. From this foundation, Pure Pastry is constantly exploring new dimensions of taste.
Ingredients of the highest quality, with excellent taste and responsibly sourced are always the basic recipe. According to the motto “buy local”, the freshest and best ingredients are preferably found at neighbouring retailers and suppliers. However, because enjoyment knows no bounds, the butter for the dough, for example, comes specially from France.
Tim’s conviction that baked goods and desserts do not have to be heavy or sweet permeates all creations. From sweet to salty, from tart to spicy, from bitter to sour: Pure Pastry opens the doors to exciting new taste options and combines unusual ingredients such as earthy-sweet beetroot or fresh-green hemp to create original, enjoyable experiences. Originality is never an end in itself, but an expression of the love for the new and the moment of pleasure, for creativity, for the art of desserts and for the demands of the customers at Pure Pastry.
