As the person responsible for international marketing at SIXT, she and her husband Erich Sixt, CEO of SIXT SE, have built up a global brand that is second to none: Today, SIXT is the market leader in Germany and numerous other countries and continues its triumphal march around the globe as a mobility provider. Italy is my favorite country! The country is made for enterprises. I enjoy the sun, the air, the atmosphere and the people. My absolute favorite hotels are Villa D’Este on Lake Como and Villa San Michele in Florence.
My favorite restaurant: Cipriani Venice – Locanda Cipriani is located on an island in the northern lagoon of Venice. In this paradise far from crowds, selfie sticks and carnival masks, regional delicacies of Venetian cuisine are served.
Other favourite places in this country rich in culture and sights are the fantastic museums and churches, first and foremost the cathedral in Montepulciano. Of course, the Vatican is also impressive – and the personal meeting with the Pope on the occasion of our World Conference in Rome. At that time, more than 250 SIXT executives were received by Pope Francis. That was an impressive experience of a special kind for me. Unforgettable!
