Particularly striking is the unique location, which embodies a very unique kitchen philosophy! The restaurant SEVEN SWANS is located in the narrowest building in Frankfurt, which is seven storeys high. The design is modern and minimalist, with an impressive view of the Main through a large window that occupies the entire width and height of the room.

On the plates you will find only vegan dishes made from organic products. The concept is based on permaculture and uses only local ingredients that are grown organically and in harmony with nature. Many of these ingredients even come from their own farm nearby! Under the direction of chef Ricky Saward, interesting and creative combinations are created that may seem unusual at first glance, but harmonize beautifully with each other! What’s special about it is that the service is provided by the chefs themselves.
