TILO PLÖGER & ANJA RAISER
Tilo Plöger is the visionary mastermind behind SHAMANIC. Having grown up in Brazil, the business economist and graduate chemist spent over 25 years in the management of several cosmetics companies. Realising that synthetic cosmetics often have a negative impact on people and the planet and that natural cosmetics still often make many compromises, he invented SHAMANIC, a completely new generation of natural cosmetic compositions. Bringing SHAMANIC to market maturity required over 10 years of research and development.
Anja Raiser is the co-founder and creative driving force behind SHAMANIC. With her experience of 28 years in the beauty industry, including as a make-up artist, beauty expert and marketing manager, and her visual expertise, which she developed in her own film production agency SCHOKOLADE, she knows the beauty trends and wishes of customers and professionals. With her innovative ideas, such as the multi-use concept of the decorative cosmetics line SHAMANIC The Colours, she always has her finger on the pulse of the times.
