Since March 2016, Sühring has been presenting the best of modern German cuisine, inspired by childhood memories and family recipes. All at the level of haute cuisine, which combines the essence of traditional dishes with contemporary Central European influences. Thomas & Mathias Sühring now invite their guests into their home and offer them warm hospitality in a relaxed, calming and elegant environment. All drinks follow the same philosophy as the twins’ cuisine.
QUALITY, STYLE AND COMFORT
Sühring offers four restaurants where innovative cuisine and personal service are equally important. The cozy “Dining Room”, the main restaurant, offers a relaxed and cozy dining experience. The more dynamic “Kitchen” is a very special place. Here you can discover the beating heart of the kitchen with friends, colleagues or family and look directly over the shoulders of the two chefs and their team as they prepare your culinary journey. The glass house, with its quiet, natural atmosphere and view of the garden, invites you to a particularly romantic dinner. For a private dinner, the “Living Room” upstairs can accommodate up to 8 people.
COOKS
The culinary journey of German twin chefs Thomas and Mathias Sühring began when they spent their annual school holidays on their grandparents’ farm. There they learned about ancient cooking techniques such as fermentation, pickling, smoking, drying and curing, which are deeply rooted in the German tradition.
