In the Sylt ice cream factory, only fresh, regional and natural products are used to create very special ice cream varieties. Sylt milk ice cream, for example, is made exclusively with milk from Sylt's only dairy, which creates a unique taste depending on the wind, weather and mood of the cows. All other ingredients, from blueberries to roasted pumpkin seeds, are also based on origin and quality. All ice cream flavours are free of flavourings and colourings. The ice cream factory is known for its daily changing ice cream menu, on which there are always surprises to be found. Since everything is freshly made, the motto is: "First come, first served."

Hand-picked coffee specialties, such as Trenta coffee from Honduras and India, complement the offer and ensure the perfect enjoyment. The coffee specialties are not only available in the shop, but also to-go for walks along the Lister dunes. The Rantum coffee roastery, just around the corner, supports the ice cream manufacturer in putting together the coffee for an all-round successful coffee experience. Of course, the Sylt ice cream factory is not only a popular address in summer. Visitors are also welcome in autumn and winter to enjoy delicious ice cream. From November to December, the winter ice cream parlour opens and serves delicious ice cream sundaes, waffles with hot cherries and much more. This offer is available from Thursday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. With fresh and natural products, which are always checked for quality and origin, the Sylt ice cream manufactory offers a unique ice cream and coffee experience on the island of Sylt. Whether in summer or winter, this place promises moments of pleasure that pamper the senses.
