There is no mass catering for Sylt soups. Here, nostalgia, comfort, nourishment and healing are in the foreground. It is a lunch-only supply while supplies last. Most of the time it gets tight from 1 p.m. onwards. The lovingly furnished snack bar offers fine dining at curb level with sand between your toes. All soups are freshly prepared daily and on site. In summer and winter, guests can take a seat in the garden with wind-protected seating areas and beach chairs and enjoy the variety of plant-based, vegan and gluten-free soups. Bread is served with it. Refills are also possible, as long as there is still soup.

The Sylt soup cult has existed since 2018, and guests have appreciated the fresh preparation and the love that goes into every soup ever since. The culinary experience in the fresh sea air is perceived as nourishing for body and soul. The soups are prepared in a historic soup kitchen on wheels. Animal ingredients do not go into the pot. Instead, they usually contain potatoes from the region as well as other regional ingredients such as carrots, leeks, cabbage, parsnips and beetroot. All soups are consistently fresh and preferably prepared from seasonal organic ingredients. They are also free of flavour enhancers or spices and are also gluten-free.
