The BAR is committed to diversity and openness, so that people of all ages, incomes, genders, beliefs or ethnic backgrounds feel welcome here. The BAR focuses on tried-and-tested drink classics, which they vary and reinterpret in creative ways, rather than following the latest trends and hypes. Particular attention is paid to the place setting, a combination of whisky and beer, which is always offered in new variations. Smokers and non-smokers can coexist peacefully in the BAR, as an efficient ventilation system ensures that the non-smoking area remains largely smoke-free. In addition to a carefully curated selection of drinks, the BAR also offers seminars, tastings, gift vouchers, cigars and live bands on Sundays from 9 pm.

The BAR in Stuttgart is a unique place that was created in 1997 in the west of Stuttgart and has been run by Ralf Groher since 2001. In this establishment, visitors can find peace and relaxation without giving up the opportunity for pleasant exchanges with other guests. The BAR exudes a certain magic, which is created by the successful interplay of selected music, pleasant light, relaxed atmosphere and competent advice. The extensive drinks menu offers over 150 varieties of single malts, more than 60 different types of rum, tequila, mezcal, cognac, vermouth, port and even cigars for discerning connoisseurs.
