Indulgence at the highest level is part of the luxury resort's DNA. The gastronomic offering at The Chedi Andermatt has won numerous awards, including two Michelin stars at The Japanese. Here, Executive Chefs Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon take guests on a journey into the world of first-class, creative Japanese cuisine.

The Japanese at Gütsch literally promises the ultimate in culinary indulgence. Guests can enjoy caviar, sushi and champagne at an altitude of 2,400 metres – and the breathtaking view comes free of charge.

A special highlight is a specially created caviar menu, which is served in collaboration with the renowned German caviar brand N25 under the motto Ski-In & Ski-Out. Après-ski redefined is served in the stylish bar of the 5-star hotel by the open fire on soft leather sofas. Wine lovers will get their money’s worth in the Wine Library and will find selected wines from Switzerland and around the world. The wine collection at The Chedi Andermatt was honoured with “Best of the Best” at the Swiss Wine List Award.
