Michelin-starred chef Nils Henkel takes his guests on a culinary journey at Tipken’s in Keitum. The season and the regional availability of the products play a major role in terms of sustainability. He likes to combine regional products with international flavours, herbs or spices to create his unique and extraordinary cuisine. In addition to two menus – flora and fauna – dishes can also be ordered à la carte.
