With the opening of Valla Vino in June 2021, Marco Aslim and Lissi Ahrens-Heimer have created a new point of contact for lovers of natural wines in Berlin. Since then, Valla Vino has stood for sustainable wine enjoyment and convinces with a dedicated team. In its new location at Lychener Straße 3 in Prenzlauer Berg, the wine bar offers an impressive selection of 25 wines of all kinds by the glass six days a week, as well as exquisite drinks and rare distillates at the bar. With over 200 wines on the shelves, the range is like an impressive library, and the team at Valla Vino has extensive expertise to guide guests through the variety of European organically grown wines.

A special highlight in this hidden gem is the opportunity to enjoy bottles of more than 1.5 liters of delicious wine chilled directly at the table, a rare opportunity in Berlin. For those who want to give up alcohol, Valla Vino offers a passionate selection of kombucha, including varieties of daluma, bouche and kombuchery.

In the new location, everything continues to revolve around the enjoyment of naturally produced wines as well as refreshing sparkling wines, supplemented by a bistronomy concept. The daily menu includes homemade butter variations, delicious bread from the Albatross Bakery, bar classics and delicacies such as Iberico or the triple cheese sandwich. Regular kitchen takeovers and pop-up events from Berlin’s gastronomy scene enrich Valla Vino’s culinary offerings, including the popular “Frankfurt Evening” with traditional dishes and apple wine from Frankfurt am Main.

In addition to the restaurant, Valla Vino supplies events and catering establishments and offers tastings and wine lists for various events.
