The fish and mussels come directly from Hamburg’s fish market – selected with a focus on sustainability, fishing methods, overfishing, origin and breeding conditions. The WOHLER’s own herb garden in the courtyard supplies the kitchen with fresh herbs to round off the dishes perfectly. The team also lovingly produces seasonal lemonades, punch and cocktails and offers guests a wide selection of wines, including natural and organic wines, as well as wines from dedicated conventional winemakers.
In a cozy atmosphere, you can taste the unique Cold Drip Coffee and spirits, which are flavored in a very special way. The coffee comes from Dokuwa from the Karoviertel and the ceramics in the restaurant are from Sebastian from Marktstraße.
