Happy New Year! With the start of the new year, the good beauty resolutions are not far away: More exercise, healthier nutrition, more self-care, more me-time - and of course do more for the beauty of the skin! The VIPs received expert tips on cosmetics and anti-aging on Friday at the "Doc Berger Beauty Lunch" by Dr. Luise Berger in the new location of star chef Ali Güngörmüş in Munich's Klenzestraße.

The interest of the VIPs was also great. The star guest was top influencer and fashion icon Leonie Hanne, who travelled from Paris especially from the haute couture shows to be present at Dr. Luise Berger’s launch event. Other guests included VIPs and entrepreneurs such as actress and successful author Mimi Fiedler, entrepreneur Dr. Daniel Terberger (KATAG AG), producer Norbert Dobeleit with his new girlfriend, entrepreneur Yasemin Thies, Marcus Sayn-Wittgenstein (new CEO Strenesse), networker and entrepreneur Saina Bayatpour and presenter Carolin Henseler, as well as presenter Verena Kerth and singer Marc Terenzi.

During Güngörmüş’ culinary delights, the guests learned more about Dr. Berger’s innovative active ingredient cosmetics. Motto: “Aging is a fact of life, looking your age is not”. In plain German: Aging is a fact of life, but you don’t have to look at your age.

Top influencer and fashion icon Leonie Hanne (almost 5 million followers on Instagram) spoke in a good mood about beauty and female empowerment in a talk with Dr. Luise Berger: “As a woman, the big issue is to find yourself and feel good. I read a quote that successful women are rarely relaxed women, because “being a woman” goes hand in hand with having to perform: you have to look good, but you also have to prove at the same time that you are more than just a beautiful woman…. You have to deliver the best at all levels. That’s why it’s important to feel empowered and to have mutual support among each other: women help women. That’s why you should just say to another woman: That looks great, for no reason, and give her a nice smile instead of an evil look. I think it’s the little things that make “being a woman” even more enjoyable. And you have to understand that every woman is different. Everyone has different genes. That’s why it’s important to understand that as a woman you are exactly right, just the way you are. And if you like to be a Nutella bread for breakfast, that’s a good thing! The main thing is to take a deep breath, enjoy, be a woman and support each other.” She received thunderous applause from the guests.

Dr. Luise Berger, together with her daughter Eleonora Berger (0.8 Abitur!), who actively supports her in the business, explained what makes her cosmetics line so special and how it came about in the first place: “I have been dealing with beauty, health and plastic surgery for years. I am mainly in the operating room and in my practice. But what I was always missing was one particular piece of the puzzle: the skin itself, i.e. the quality and health of the skin. And we achieve this with external things: with highly concentrated active ingredients, serums and creams. That’s why, even though there is already so much skincare, I had to implement my own idea. My skincare line is luxurious, effective and suitable for all skin types, but without the use of potentially harmful and irritating additives,” she stressed. “Thanks to the active ingredients, ‘Doc.Berger Effect’ is specially tailored to the needs of all skin types – for women and men.” All her products are “made in Germany”, as she emphasized. “And they are made without alcohol, dyes, animal ingredients, paraffin, essential silicone oil, perfume, parabens, microplastics, and allergenic fragrances.”
