The sourdough breads, yeast cinnamon rolls and all other baked goods are made on site from high-quality raw materials and through a glass wall to the bakery, customers are close and watch the creation.
At Time for Bread, bread is given what it needs to be good: the best ingredients, rest and care. Zeit für Brot has been a Bioland member since its foundation and obtains all ingredients from organic farming. Dough resting is given to all doughs and the craftsmanship and freshness not only make the experience on site special, but also the taste.
With the opening in Düsseldorf, there are now 15 Time for Bread Bakeries, all of which celebrate the craft of baking and bring local, good bread to the neighborhoods.
