The film festival will take place from 15 to 25 February 2024. On Saturday, 24 February, the International Jury will award the Golden and Siberian Bears in a festive gala. One day before, the TEDDY AWARD for the best queer contribution will be presented.
When can I buy tickets for the Berlinale?
The pre-sale starts on February 12 at 10 a.m. You can always book tickets from 10 a.m. three days in advance (e.g. on Monday for Thursday). Exceptions are the Berlinale Audience Day on February 25, the Classics performance Kohlhiesel’s Daughters at the House of World Cultures and the performances at the Verti Music Hall, for which you can also buy tickets from February 12.
The advance ticket sales at Potsdamer Platz – and thus the legendary Berlinale queues – no longer exist.
Tickets are available online on the festival’s website. They are sold via the ticket provider Eventim, so it’s best to create an account there in advance. Because with some films you have to be quick, they are then in high demand.
All previously announced titles can be found online in the programme of the 74th Berlinale.
The entire programme – including seasons and locations – will be published on 6 February at this location: www.berlinale.de
