Manual therapy and massages
Sabine has over 20 years of experience as a structural and cranial osteopath, masseuse and traditional yoga teacher. It uses gentle, safe and effective techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint articulations, gentle stretching, acupressure, myofascial relaxation and somato-emotional relaxation techniques.
Integrative solution-focused hypnotherapy
Sabine combines solution-focused techniques with hypnosis to help her clients find solutions, overcome challenges, and achieve personal growth. Sessions are possible online or in person.
Gong and Himalayan Bowl Therapy
These forms of therapy use sound and vibrations to promote deep relaxation and healing. They are available as both individual and couples therapy.
Therapeutic sound bath
By combining guided meditation and sound baths, participants can relieve tension and develop inner peace and well-being.
Traditional Yoga
Sabine teaches classical yoga, which emphasizes the unity of body, mind and soul through asanas, pranayama and meditation. The focus is on self-discovery and personal transformation, not just physical mastery of the postures.
