A cash payment of the prize or a transfer of the prize to another person is not possible. The winners will be promptly notified of the prize by Fischermann.Media GmbH via the e-mail sender info@fischermann.media to the e-mail address provided. The prizes (in the form of vouchers or products) will then be delivered by post or made available for collection. If the addresses or e-mail addresses provided are incorrect or invalid, Fischermann.Media GmbH or its service providers are not obliged to determine correct addresses. Disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details are at the expense of the participant.
Disclaimer
The organiser points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application/banner can be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without any claims of the participants against the organizer arising from this. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to cases in which the proper execution of the competition is made difficult, impaired or made impossible for technical reasons, such as virus infection of the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software, or for legal reasons. Each participant has the right to revoke their participation in the competition at any time by e-mail and to request written information about their personal data stored by us and their recipients.
Final provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the conflict of law provisions.
