A wide range of coffee specialties, accessories and gift items invite you to browse and complete the overall picture. Another special feature of the café is that guests can take a direct look at the roastery while enjoying their cup of specialty coffee.
The entire selection of coffees is freshly prepared according to the SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) Gold Cup standard in the Hario V60 porcelain filter at the bar. For friends of the “little brown”, there are a variety of espressos, including single estates and various blends. The espresso “Emma Forte” with its taste of walnut and chocolate was chosen as the test winner by the trade magazine CREMA with an impressive 9.5/10 points.
The barista conjures up everything your heart desires, from espresso and cappuccino to caffé latte and the special seasonal highlights. In 2012, Mario Felix Liebold received the “Best Roaster of the Year” award.
