In the restaurant “Das Dorf” in Hamburg, guests can take a seat either on antique church pews or on the carefully hand-upholstered chairs. The cosy atmosphere is enhanced by two lovingly restored, listed tiled stoves, which provide a sense of security.
The walls of the premises are richly decorated and tell of the long cultural tradition of the restaurant: almost 200 paintings, graphics, watercolours and art prints adorn the dining rooms, many of which were created by the artists present in the “village”.
In addition, there are 30 outdoor seats that are located in the middle of the busy life: The cozy terrace stretches along the Lange Reihe in the lively district of St. Georg.
