Some holidaymakers have deliberately planned their trip to Mallorca so that they can experience the football matches live. Others, on the other hand, have been amazed to find that they now have to look for a pub at unusual times to watch the broadcasts. At Playa de Palma, all these groups will get their money’s worth during the World Cup – the holiday stronghold is well prepared for the football festival.
The big party temples at Playa de Palma, Bierkönig and Megapark, broadcast all games live, but there are also a few smaller beer gardens where things are not quite as turbulent: Old Cologne in Can Pastilla, the sports bar Mallorca Acapulco, Hermann Kaml’s Bayernstüberl, the bar RTL Anpfiff and the Serra de Tramuntana Visitor Centre Costa Nord in Valldemossa Kulturfinca Son Bauló.
