Rackl Backstubn has its production facility in Olching, a picturesque town northwest of Munich. Here, traditional craftsmanship and modern high-tech equipment are combined. While the croissants and pretzels are lovingly shaped by hand, the modern machines ensure an efficient and consistently high quality of the baked goods.
An impressive amount of ingredients are processed every day in Rackl’s production facilities. About 10,000 kilograms of flour and 15,000 eggs are processed into delicious baked goods every day. The company attaches great importance to the selection of high-quality and regional ingredients in order to guarantee the taste and freshness of the products. In addition to its own stores, Rackl is proud to supply a wide range of major customers. Canteens, hospitals, Lufthansa Service Gesellschaft and Deutsche Bahn rely on the quality and taste of the Rackl bakery and confectionery.
