Even in her early teens, Anja knew that she wanted to work in the cosmetics industry later on. After graduating from high school, she trained as a sales assistant at Breuninger in the perfumery and sales department and then studied marketing in Pforzheim. During the time when Anja worked for Manhattan Cosmetics, she met Tilo Plöger, who later became a board member at LR Health & Beauty.
In 2002, I moved to SCHOKOLADE, a newly founded agency – out of the everyday life of the corporation and back into a small agency team. A lot of beauty content was produced at CHOCOLATE, including a perfume clip with Bruce Willis in New Orleans for Tilo. Anja and Tilo quickly realized that they were a good team and she thought his product developments were brilliant – including four oils for SHAMANIC. These Face Oils inspired Anja so much that they decided to found AYNIO Beauty (All You Need Is Oil).
In addition to ASHÉ, the vegan, natural energy perfumes, the focus is on SHAMANIC and in particular on decorative cosmetics with special products. All products are inspired in Amazonia and made in Germany. The power of plants from sustainable, shamanic harvesting is used and work is carried out with cooperatives in the Amazon region. The harvest is traditionally sustainable by never collecting more than 20% of a plant. The raw materials are then sent to Germany in a controlled and safe manner to the manufactory in Starnberg, where each initial production takes place. SHAMANIC products are highly individual. The now successful brand has been in existence for five years. The cooperation in the fYRA also contributes to the success of the brands. In the “designer flat” in one of the most exclusive shopping hotspots in Stuttgart, the concept store breathes freshness.
