With skilful presentation and trained staff, Kustermann makes shopping an experience and sees itself as a host: customers can look forward to around 700 product demonstrations a year, are invited to exclusive shopping events and have the opportunity to expand their culinary knowledge through special cooking and grilling courses at the event location.

In addition, the representative rooms with historic stucco ceilings and a view over the rooftops of the Viktualienmarkt, a generously landscaped outdoor terrace with barbecue area as well as an open event kitchen and a bar with lounge for events can be rented. The family-owned company knows how to combine all culinary aspects and offer a special portfolio of culinary delights.

By winning the GIA at the national level, Kustermann has qualified for global competition. This means that in March 2024, the traditional retailer has the chance to be named one of the five best specialty stores in the world in Chicago.
