When it comes to bread, one thing counts above all: the taste. One of the decisive factors for this is how much time you devote to it. The fact that our bakers let the dough rest for an appropriate amount of time and take enough time for each individual manual step can be tasted from the very first bite: the crumb is particularly juicy.
In addition to the time, it is above all the ingredients that are responsible for the incomparable taste. Our bakers mainly use flours from controlled cultivation in Germany, the natural sourdough comes from our own cultures.
The bread gets its beautiful crust in the tufa oven. To ensure that exactly the roasting substances are created that have a significant influence on the taste, our bakers bake the loaves as dark as possible. Once you’ve bitten into the crunchy crust of one of these fresh breads, you’ll never want to try another one.
