The Munich cheese manufactory was founded in the summer of 2021 by three friends. Their goal is to produce high-quality and unique cheeses that combine regionality and a responsible lifestyle. In doing so, they attach particular importance to transparency and sustainability in their production. Käse Manufaktur works closely with regional farmers and farmers to obtain high-quality milk from animals kept in a species-appropriate manner. The three young entrepreneurs rely on traditional artisanal production methods to give the cheese its unique character.
In order to give customers an insight into the production process, they have decided to open their doors to visitors and offer regular cheese tastings. During these tastings, guests can not only discover the variety of different cheeses, but also learn more about the production and the ingredients used.
