100% BREWED AND BOTTLED IN HAMBURG
A cornerstone for this is regional and climate-conscious management. We brew 100% of our beers in our brewery in the Schanzen-Höfe. In October 2020, we also inaugurated our own bottling plant in Hamburg Billstedt! This way, you will receive your beer as fresh as possible in the shortest possible way.
COUNCILLOR MALTING BARLEY – FROM STRAW TO JAR
Since this year, we have been growing our own malting barley on Rügen. In terms of quantity, the most important raw material in beer production is malting barley, which is processed into malt. With our groundbreaking project “From Straw to Glass”, we want to produce our beer more sustainably and regionally along the value chain.
