The SalzAmbiente salt grotto is the oasis in the heart of bustling Munich. On more than 30 square meters, around 9 tons of Pakistani salt and two graduation towers create an intensive brine microclimate. At a constant temperature of 18 °C and 60% humidity, the purifying air and the atmospheric ambience invite you to relax. The walls, ceiling and floor are covered in salt crystals, which are made to sparkle by dim, warm light. The experience is rounded off by quiet background music.

Profound relaxation awaits the guests of the SalzAmbiente Salt Cave as they breathe in the healing, salt-enriched air and admire the unique design – an experience similar to that of a stay at sea. The 45-minute breathing cures are accessible to both seniors and children. For the younger guests, the salt grotto offers special children’s appointments with sand toys. In addition, the diverse events – from hypnosis to yoga to singing bowl meditation – expand the SalzAmbiente experience.
