Rosa Panzer was born with the roots of gastronomy, which allowed her to breathe and live Italian culture and cuisine from an early age in a Sicilian restaurant in Friedenau. Duc Anh Tran, on the other hand, influenced by his Vietnamese origins, brings elegant and finely aromatic accents from Asian cuisine to the restaurant. After in-depth training and valuable experience at the Grand Hyatt and other stations of the Hyatt Group, Duc found his true passion in Italian cuisine, which eventually led him to found the Salumeria Rosa and the restaurant Acht&Thirty before founding “Cicchetti da Rosa” together with Rosa.
