Open Kitchen Restaurant & Drinks

At the beginning of July 2022, Open Kitchen opened its doors in Große Elbstraße, very close to Hamburg’s fish market. The name of the restaurant says it all – Tobias conjures up his culinary delights directly from the open kitchen. Together with his girlfriend Marie, he has fulfilled his dream of cooking and creating transparently in his own restaurant here on the Elbe, always in direct contact with the guests.

With great anticipation, the Open Kitchen opened its doors and since then guests have been flocking in. Tobias is no longer behind the culinary scenes, but right in the middle of the action. The Open Kitchen is not only about transparency and contact with guests, but also about creative development. Tobias now has the freedom to implement his own ideas and add his personal touch to each dish.
